At Big Citi Loops, we provide premium digital products including sample packs, loops, construction kits, MIDI files, presets, and other downloadable music production content.

Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a product has been purchased and delivered.

Please review the product description, audio demos, compatibility information, and included content carefully before completing your purchase.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us with your order information.

Once the duplicate purchase has been verified, we may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

Download or File Issues

If you experience a problem downloading your purchase, receive a corrupted file, or believe files are missing from your order, please contact us.

We will make every reasonable effort to provide you with a working replacement download or resolve the issue.

Product Compatibility

Accidental Purchases

Because digital products are made available immediately after purchase, we cannot guarantee refunds for accidental purchases.
